I know this is probably more for the Physics forum, but i tend to get faster replies on the Chemistry forum and from research there does seem to be quite a lot of crossover.

Is there anything I can add to improve it?

Looks good I guess. Maybe you could talk about the activation energy in terms of the particle breaking out of it's solvent cage.

In terms of fluids? could you possibly explain your point a little?

Each particle in a liquid is surrounded by many others. We call this the solvent cage. To move out of this requires an activation energy.

This is an important concept in rates of reactions in the liquid phase.
