I'm going to be honest - this is a poorly constructed, often confusing survey. There are leading questions (even the title is leading!) and the numbers questions are mind-boggling (rate out of 5? what does 5 mean? what does 1 mean?), there are no current statistics shown to the person taking the survey for question 8 (will the average person know what the NHS spends already?) etc.

Fix the survey.
