Hi,
Under promissory estoppel, would you talk about consideration, part payment of debts and promissory estoppel only when it asks how much promissory estoppel can help a debtor whose debt has been voluntarily forgiven by its creditor.
is there anything im missing out?
Also what does voluntarily forgiven mean under this!
sorry im a first year student and i am stuck!
