    was on pill.

    messed up pill by forgetting to take it.

    had period

    started taking pill after period finished

    had unprotected sex after taking pill for 3days


    has it protected me? cos iv read the instructions and am slightly confused. microgynon30.

    No. Not in any way, shape or form. Unless you start taking a new packet on the first day of your period you aren't protected for the first seven days.

    If it's been less than 72 hours get yourself to a family planning clinic/GP/chemist and asks for the morning after pill.

    If it's been more it's time for a pregnancy test, I'm afraid.

    If you missed your pill in the last 7 days of your pack, you should have gone straight on to the next one. If this is the case, and you took a break, then you were not protected for the 1st week of the new pack.
