    Is that too hard?

Why can't the leaders of opposing countries realise that they should live in harmony, and give each other a nice hug?

I just think we've been made greedy by society.
I believe that we can change it around, it's just no-one cares anymore.

No, greed is an extension of the innate animal survival instinct. It will never go away; we can only hope to quell it.

Surviving doesn't mean we have to be greedy.

Yes it does; we often equate our survival to the death of another. Protection, see. So we kill others and take their things. Improving our own survival chance, and reducing that of a rival.

Then why do we not all do this?

And why are we not all greedy?

We are; just some of us are better at suppressing our instincts better. And also most of us believe that by cooperation with a rival both of us can improve our survival chanches at little expense to each party. Ultimately though there will be one section of people seeking personal glory: rising to the top of the mountain formed by the corpses of our rivals, if you will.

In my view, it's because in an ever-increasing world of capitalism, more and more people are becoming motivated by money.

Rather than love for others, and peace, and friendship.
