The Dark Knight, The Thing (1982), and.... probably the original Star Wars saga films. I really like the film Memento, albeit a bit bleak to watch often. ...and The Waterboy (guilty pleasure)

I guess it'd include, but not be limited to, the following:
- The Godfather
- The Godfather Part 2
- The Departed
- Fight Club
- The Girl Next Door
- Howl's Moving Castle
- Rush Hour

There are loads of goofier movies I've really liked and loads of more serious films that are brilliant, like Leon, Shawshank Redemption, Schindler's List, LA Confidential and so on, but I'm not sure I'd rewatch all of those.

No-one has mentioned Inception or any of the Lord of the Rings.

TSR, I am disappointed.
