Am I being stupid?
I'm in my third week at university and last night I ended up in bed with a guy who I haven't known very long but who I really like and find extremely intriuging. It was very good - neither of us was drunk and I felt like we were very close. I've been feeling kind of nervous-excited about it all day and then I saw him at dinner, asked him if he was up for a drink and a chat tonight but he has to finish an essay due in tomorrow. Now I'm feeling all paranoid and upset, wondering how he feels but not wanting to text and seem pushy, etc. Am I being stupid and worrying for no reason?

Well i would talk to him and ask where you stand and find out what you both want.

Anyway, if you really like the guy and you think the feelings mutual, why not just ask him out when he is not busy, corner him, ask to do something at the weekend.
Also do not ask any direct questions which would make you or him uncomfortable, anyway what do you want, if you really have a crush on him, go for it!

Yes. Essay is a perfectly good reason. If he comes up with another one the next night, then persue the matter. Good luck

aww that sounds really good. i wouldnt worry that hes let you down once. he cant drop all his uni stuff when you snap your fingers. give the man a break and get back to him later.
