A levels for nursing

Go guys, I'm planning on doing a degree in adult nursing then going into a specialism or midwifery. I have chosen Biology, chemistry, psychology and Philosophy and Ethics(Religious Studies). I have the option to pick a reserve, do you think that I should pick History or English language?- I prefer history and could struggle potentially in the English exams, but English is probably more useful. Thanks, have a good Christmas xxx

Hi I'm going through the same thing. So far I'm definately picking biology, chemistry and psychology but I don't know what to pick between history and english. Eventhough I find history more interesting I feel like english would be more helpful for communications skills, nursing paperwork, also it would help you in the literacy test you have to do as part of your selection process. But I think you should do history it would be more easier since you enjoy it,it's better to get a B in history than C/D in english. Good luck!
