I'm aware of how TSR has a tradition of having students with amazing exam results. On some days in the week (ie today) I have done absolutely nothing, I mean literally, without even touching a book. Any tips on how to stay motivated?

You got any particular course/uni/career in mind? Try not to lose sight of the goal your doing your subjects for. Hard at times, I know - try and set yourself short term goals which you can achieve then reward yourself as an when you hit your goals.

Alternatively, think of the consequences of not working i.e. not getting the grades for your uni/course and what would happen then. Bit of a negative way of looking at it, but it could work if the 'end-goal' idea doesnt help

Upcoming exams also tend to give me a kick-up-the-arse (so to speak) to do some work as well - resits aren't much fun tbh!

Think about what you want to do next, what grades you need to get for that to happen and how pleased you'll be on results day if everything goes well. Alternatively, think how rubbish you'll feel if you don't get the grades and have to live with knowing that you could have done much better if you'd only done some work. I find being organised helpful, so you could try making a list with everything you need to do, ticking off items as you complete them and having short breaks in between each one.

Just imagine opening your envelope on results day with a smile. That's my motivation. =)
