right loin pain
I have sharp right loin pain (sort of at the back - but right hand side) when in a certain position. rapid onset - a few minutes ago. what is it??

it's fine now I think - might be muscle spasm? (although I rushed back cycling 3 hours before this pain came on...)

that would be alrite because at least I know why I had such pain.
