Minor UCAS Error

Hi, having sent off my application, i noticed while helping a friend with his UCAs online that I might have made this minor error.

Basically, when i was entering my qualifications, i couldn't find 'edexcel' as an exam board. .. so i selected other and typed in 'edexcel' ..

NOW, when i was helping my friend, i noticed 'Edex' as an option :frown: .

I presume it won't really hinder my application.. as the correct information is being given.

ALSO.. when I did my GCSE R.E, i got two certificates, at the end of year 10, i got the 'short course' at grade B and then after year 11, i got the full course at grade A. just wanted to know if both are the same .. is it like AS and A2??? where grades is added up and overall given after year 11. Iv only entered the full course on my application.

Thanks.

Hm, I typed in Edexcel in other aswell as my school told us to do that (but this was last year) and looking now I do see Edex. Im unsure which to put now!

As for the second que Im sure its right to just put the full course, thats what i did for my ICT one.

If you did the application about a month ago there was an exam board called "E" which I'm guessing was meant to be edexcel. I presume that ucas got lots of questions about people who couldn't find edexcel so they changed it to "Edex" which makes more sense.

I typed in Edexcel also, I'm sure its not a problem, theyll still see that it says Edexcel, and to be honest, they wont really check what exam boards they were, so I wouldnt worry in the slightest.

I chose 'E' when I applied, on the advice of my school.

I finished my ucas form before they changed E to Edex....i chose E for edexcel

Yeah I chose E but then it dissapeared and there was Edex. Dont worry, unis/ucas people will know what you mean.
