What would your mum say?

Try eat well, go out for a walk every day and go to bed early!

Eating regular meals as well as lots of carbs will help. If your looking for quick fix you can try lucozade or dextrose tablets avalible from chemists/supermarkets.
I agree with sleeping and not too much partying, try to avoid sugars too as they are only a temporary lift.

Cut the junk food/sugary stuff, eat porridge in the morning and snack on dried fruit, don't rely on energy drinks or coffee, make sure you get as much sleep as you can.

Get more sleep.

I know it's hard, but I have exams atm and am stressing, so I can't highlight more how important getting adequate sleep is for a healthy mind.

Hope that helps
