Magnetic flux/Emf Induction

Hello there, can anyone help me out here? I need a detailed explanation/answer about the following question. From Edexcel Jan 2010 Unit4 Q9. Thanks in advance ,would really appreciate any sort of help.

A 1.5 cell is connected to switch S,a neon lamp and a coil with many turns as shown.Nothing is observed when the switch is closed but the neon lamp flashes as soon as it is opened.
The neon lamp flashes when the potential difference across it is about 200V.

Use Faraday's law to explain why the lamp flashes once when the switch S is opened.

Firstly, it helps if you post the diagram.
Having said that, this question has been asked before.
Here's the thread, and the answer to your questions.
