I'd go with what Blackswan says, if I were you, I'd go and get checked out by your GP, it probably isn't anything serious, but it's better to know whats going on than leave it and let it get worse.

Check out google for some ideas that you can ask the doctor about or discount but get it checked out sooner rather than later as any anitbiotic treatment will take longer.

it could be something easy to cure (and not an STD but something you develop yourself) like thrush. it could also be an STD. get it checked out, you don't want to mess around with things like that

It's common - to do with extra blood flow to the genital area when you really get going - more like a deep ache than a sharp pain?

If you have no other symptoms (soreness/smell/discharge) all it means is you're having a whole lot of fun!
