what would you do if

my supervisor has been working with me for 4 months now and it has took a long time to get use to each other, however recently she has been having a go at every little thing i do! and its only when no one else is around! this is happening every day now and i dont know what to do???? any ideas!

I know what NOT to do (from experience), and that's write a letter to your mate back home telling them what a hard time you get at work, what a fat slag your boss is, and that you're secretly smug that if her IQ was any lower she'd need watering.

no j/k, seriously, go over her head. ie go to her manager and tell them that you're unhappy about the way that you're being treated.

it's then the managers job to follow it up and make sure that your supervisor isn't being too harsh :wink:
