You and your brother have a really good chance of getting in. Depends on which program you are applying for. As for your brother, he might want to get his A-level grades higher for English.

The English marks are the only thing of concern, you should have at least a B. If you are considering science then the C in chem would also be a concern. But to be honest an undergraduate degree at UofT is not that hard to get into. I had friends who had lower marks and were able to get in but they were canadian so not sure how much that influences the decisions
