    Okay so this is just a complex way of writing "integration by inspection", or "integration by reverse chain rule".

    If I was alive, that would probably make sense I'll look at it in the morning.... I've never really learned integration by inspection, kinda just seems like integration by guessing :') But I just use common sense and you can usually see what it is!

    Set:

\dfrac{dy}{dx}=0

\Rightarrow xy=1

\rightarrow y=\dfrac{1}{x}

    And sub this into the original equation.

    It is essentially a guess - but an educated one

    Falls out of the "function of a function" differentiation method.

    Rest up! Catch you tomorrow.

    That's decent man!! But it is a disadvantage to those people who don't have such a calculator! Like the calculator gives you literally all the graph drawing marks for june 13 c3!! I have to struggle with the stupid casio one, which only give you points on the graph, but don't actually draw it for you

    I was of the philosophy "if you can't beat them, join them". I totally agree it's unfair.

    I've done all papers 2005-2014 for C3 and C4 (doing 2012-2014 again).

    For M2 I've done 2005-2011 so far and I'm doing 2012-2014 for the first time in the coming weeks

    Yeah I'm gonna focus more on physics, history and computing for the next 2 weeks

    Ah I forget answers easily so it helps me tick over what I've done

    M2 I'll aim to get done by mid June. That exam isn't until 22nd June though. When's S2?

    Hey! I tend to do a maths paper of a single module daily, and alternate every three days. So C3 one day, C4 the next, M2 the next then back to C3.

    How do you do it?

    I'm up to June 2011 now for C3, C4 and M2 (although I've done all C3/C4 papers already, just doing them again).
