How do you keep calm when people are often trying to provoke you? Watch

    • Thread Starter

I'm quite a calm person most of the time, when I do lose my temper it's usually at home as my family can be quite annoying at times & at work as my managers has been quite rude & condescending to me & I just couldn't take it anymore & kinda lost it So Even if they are being really annoying & disrespectful any tips on how can I remain calm all the time. I appreciate it

    Hey there!
This may be a little weird coming from a 16 year old, but I suppose the most simplest way to keep calm and not lose your temper is to just ignore whoever's disrespecting you and get on with your life. I personally think that the best method of revenge against someone is by not caring about what they

You may sometimes lose your temper (I mean, I used to be a raging powerhouse at the end of elementary school. I would get angry over a lot of small things. If one hit me, I would hit them back... harder. But then I calmed down after elementary), but ask yourself this: "how would this benefit your personality?". Because chances are, you'll get misunderstood and the blame may be put on you instead.

You say you're a calm guy. That's good, keep it that way. But to cut a long story short, just ignore the person (s) and stay true to yourself. If the situation escalates, then do tell someone.
