Male friend is he a player?

One of my male friends whos away at uni, keeps texting me strange messages every night, saying how he misses me, he wants to see me....and asks why i dont text him??? It's getting quite annoying as i havnt been texting him for the past eight months,hoping he'd get lost, but he's constantly texting me calling me 'babe' and 'gorgeous' etc.Worst of all, he's got a girlfriend,I(but he doesnt know that i know that) which is why i didnt think anything of his texts? What the hell is he playing at???is he a player? should i get rid of him as a friend ?helllllp!!!!!!! :eek:

You've been trying to ditch him for eight months, so i doubt you can really class him as a friend. Just tell him you're not interested/having sex with his father.

It's only recently that he's started to get abit pervy, which is why i'm abit worried. But i think you're right, i think i should just ignore him.

You've simply got to ignore his text messages or say something like "i know you have a gf and i dont really know what you're playing at because im not interested". If he thinks you dont know about his gf just say you know, if he knows you know then it will scare him off! (hopefully). Why would he carry on if he knows you know he has a gf.
Or just make something up like you have a bf! lol

If you haven't replied in 8 months then you could text back an excuse saying someone else has this number now.

Phone companies recycle numbers after they have been inactive for so long/or you could have given the phone to someone/sold it.
