**** second half. No idea why Ryan Mason didn't score that. Tbh Falcao dun goofed as well as RVP and that's the only reason why Spurs didn't lose.

Both teams are ridiculously lucky. Can't wait to smash Spurs on new years day.

Have you seen anything today that suggests we will win at Stoke?

Hopefully the **** performances from Van Persie and Falcao will result in a change of strike force against Stoke.

What have you thought? I've had a poverty stream but I'll take a point at Spurs. Bit annoying but you only really need to win these games if you're challenging for the title which we aren't, its a decent point away to a top 4 rival.

I think we've created chances, just not been clinical enough. A lot of players look tired really, and at least we're not losing if we don't win. A few days rest and a bit of rotation should be good enough for Thursday.

How can we rotate when everyone else is injured?

Same as you really. Been a good performance just with **** finishing. Point is good and maintains our title-winning form. Pretty confident of beating Stoke.

    Spurs are not top 4.
    They're challenging for it.

    Falcao and RVP were offside.

Problem was Falcao and Jones (I think) came from an offside position and were both active.

Well that was annoying. Should have buried that game in the first half, they were clinging on. Criminal from Falcao and RVP today.

Opportunity passed up but point is good enough for us at this stage, not really good enough for Spurs.

Thought Falcao was particularly poor as was Evans and McNair.

All the front 4 should have scored though.

Draw is probably the fair result at the end of all of this.

Jon Moss has been utter ****.

    I Don't Care.

First half chances should be converted for the win.

Can't blame Van Gaal for the result personally, he played an attacking team at the start, dominated chance wise but Lloris was the difference. Second half Spurs pressed and stopped you playing out the back and making it a more tenacious game, who can he really have brought on to change the game and get a goal when all your forwards are on the pitch?

Basically Spurs sussed you lot out.

It's good enough for both team personally, Spurs have a good record at OT the past few seasons and they're grinding out the results vs the midtable opposition.

Personally Pochettino should just actually use a proper team, if he uses the likes of Dembele as starters they'd actually find form and play better football. I can see why Townsend started and Kane has been in good form but I cannot for the life of me see why Joe Mason starts games. He offers energy and that's really it.

That is true bar for Rooney the other 3 were shocking. Mata was ok in possession but he wasn't your best player(Carrick was for stifling Eriksen all game and splitting Spurs defence)

So many things wrong with our performance. Especially in the 2nd half.

    1. The defence ****ting themselves every time someone comes near them, and booting it up the pitch.
    2. Midfield, especially Carrick (as usual), with rubbish off the ball movement, not making any space for us to build from the back.
    3. Falcao and RvP fluffing every single chance they got. Mata was brilliant today and laid several chances at their feet but they completely wasted everything. We need faster, more mobile strikers IMO.

    Good result.
Doesn't even matter, our double agent Welbeck is doing his job of keeping you out the top four. Giroud out heuheuheu.
