Before i start, no piss taking please. I have a genuine problem.

For much of yesterday i was cycling, 80% of it being on rocky, uneven terrain.

This morning, my left wrist started to feel the effects...it was basically a bumpy ride yesterday, for i/we/my group were riding on a rocky, gravelly (sic) road.

it feels like a sprain...quite a strong strain too.

Any advice as to what i can do? creams, bandage around the wrist...?

    thanks in advance

arnica cream is supposed to do amazing things for sprains. altho you do need to rub it in something like, 3 times a day
