    Hey guys!

Congrats to all of you who have accepted a place at UEA. I've just accepted a place on the PGCE course at Secondary Level, so I'm hijacking your thread, somewhat. For that, I apologise :P

Basically I'm just trying to sort out some accommodation at the moment, and figured it would be a good idea to try to find some other PGCE students to house-share with. So if any of you are looking to start up a house-share, or are just looking for one more housemate, please feel free to PM me

    Cheers!

    Hi

Great to hear from others who are starting the PGCE this year! I will be studying EYFS/KS1. I currently live in Suffolk so will be commuting to Norwich each day (and hoping my placements will be in or v. close to Suffolk!).

Can't wait to get started! Have no idea about pre course reading, apparently we receive this in July but would have been good to have it sooner. I am a Mum and work full time (intending to finish work in good time before the start of the course though!) so only have a limited amount of time do any reading!

Great to finally find a feed for PGCE students at UEA.
I am actually going to be training to teach secondary English!
If there is anyone else on here who is going to be training for secondary
or for English, feel free to message me. I'm also looking for somewhere to live
    in Norwich.

Sorry to jump on the post, but I'm a bit of a late-comer! I have my interview on Wednesday at UEA for Primary PGCE (FS/KS1) and am extremely nervous! How bad are the interview days? Can anybody offer any hints and tips on how to survive it? Haven't been this nervous since the interview for my degree in 2008!
