Hi, I still get confused about acceleration and its relation to mass. Some answers say that acceleration is independent of an object's mass but there'd also be times where acceleration is indirectly proportional to the mass so if the question asked "if an object gets heavier, explain whether or not and how the acceleration would change" I would use m=F/a and state that indirect relationship. When do i use the 'acceleration is independent of the mass' statement?? also if a question says, "State two factors that affect acceleration of an object" would I still put mass as one of the factors??

    any help would be appreciated!
