    Attempting a 10,000 calories challenge tomorrow against a friend .
    A few questions.
    Does fast food like a Donner Kebab have more calories than say a Big Mac.
    Does drinking fizzy drinks make you fuller than water.
    We haven't eaten anything for today is that good or bad

    1. Depends on the size of the kebab but a big mac has ~ 500 calories.

    2. Technically it does due to the fact its carbonated.

    3. Bad because your stomach will shrink, you need to eat.

    The most efficient way to get calories is probably consuming syrup/sauces directly. Stuff like meat/bread (burgers) will make you too full to eat 10,000 calories worth.

    Good luck, I wouldn't mind doing this challenge but I think I'll end up puking.

    I'll post a link once I've edited it, the other guy who Im up against went into the late 8000s calories wise,he only did it on his own though.

    2 KFC lunchboxes and a big drink is like 2k and i did that in one go

    i reckon it'll be easy as long as you space it out enough

    Have you never seen man vs food? if you google it or pop it youtube I'm sure you'll find some handy hints and tips from the presenter

    This is disgusting. However, I will add my two pence worth and say get some fruit 'smoothies' in there. Some of them hit 500cals. Also picking on a large bag of macadamia nuts will set you back 1000 cals, 10% of your target, not bad.
