Do you have any idea why this is happening? Routine? Exercise? Etc

I already go gym and did today. I go gym for about an hour a day and feel really tired. I wake up at around 7:30 every morning because of this.

exercise or read a book before bed
DO NOT go on your phone
looking att a computer screen of any kind before you try to sleep will make your brain think you are going to do something so you will find it very hard to sleep

    significantly so?

If you don't know relaxation techniques then prior stress can continue to affect you even after the event's passed. If it's significant enough then your body goes into constant stress mode (fight-or-flight response) to protect you from any future stress. This is how anxiety works, but I'm no GP

    THIS

actually it's more specific than that, artificial light stimulates your brain to think that it's daytime and you should keep awake, since in prehistoric times predators lurked mostly in the day and if you slept in daytime you may be eaten
