So Labour have criticised the Tories for supporting hunting however strangely support halal slaughter. Halal kills millions of animals very painfully when it can occur cheaply and painlessly if animals are stunned. Fox hunting however even if legalised would kill very few animals in comparison to halal slaughter.

Are the Labour supporting Halal because they know they need the muslim vote even though they have said they oppose animal cruelty?

Given that hunting is a sport, or if you're one of the animal rights nutters a "barbaric form of entertainment", while Halal is a necessary part of religious beliefs, at least if you're going to do it "properly", they're hardly comparable.

Now, are you somebody looking for silly ways to hate on Labour, Islam, or both?

Not really hypocritical. Halal meat is supported by labour supporters. Labour supporters equally don't hunt. Politicians will support whatever policy gets them voted in or is next on the list on laws we must adopt from the EU.
