Is he messing me about?

For the past month or so I've really liked this guy, and yesterday he told me that he really likes me to. Trouble is, he has a girlfriend.

He's sending me mixed signals, one moment hes saying that he wishes we were the only two people in the world, but then it seems for sure that he isnt gonna end things with his girlfriend. I don't know what to do, cos I really like him but I dont want to bemessed about.

Thanks for the comments, its not so much that I want him to break up with his gf, its more a case of me being made to feel a bit uncomfortable with him saying these things when i know hes got a gf.

Just ask him whether he wants to be with his gf or you.
If he has feelings for her, then leave him to it, he shouldn't fool around.

Don't even bother as someone said further up, he has a girlfriend but he's treating her like crap if he is trying to flirt with you, how would you feel being that girlfriend.

Forget him it seems he only wants you for one thing.

I don't think that it is heinous to harmlessly flirt with another girl/guy even if you have a gf/bf. It doesn't mean you are going to shag her/him. Obviously I wouldn't recommend doing it front of your partner because they might feel uncomfortable.

It doesn't sound like mixed signals to be honest, 'i wish we were the only two people in the world' doesn't mean 'i want to leave my girlfriend', it actually sounds more like 'if my girlfriend wasnt around then maybe etc etc'. He probably just wants to get laid but don't expect to have him to yourself without a lot of mess. :smile:
