I studied health and social care in college but I want to do events management in university. Do I have to mention this course area change in my personal statement and why I do not want to continue studyinng health and social care? I'm not sure what to say

Focus on why events rather than why not health and social care

Like the above poster said, focus on why you want to do events.

Is events even a course at college? Because if it isn't, universities will understand that you didn't even have the option of taking it.

Make sure you show your passion for events with things you've done/seen/etc
