Hello in the summer I was 50kg now i am 47kg I am 160cm tall I don't excercise I eat plenty sweets fish I eat everything I am not a junky i eat healthy I do eat cake and sweets I don't understand should I worry?
The weightloss is unexplained I often snack and stuff I sometimes have a bit of stomach pain so I eat often and stuff. Should i be concerned I do drink more then I did before I don't drink much juice I drink tea and water mostly my bmi says healthy but still.

I don't know if your BMI is healthy cause I'm 158-9 cm and it said I was underweight when I weighed 49 kg.
But it's still just a bit underweight - don't worry. Maybe just try to add some calorie dense foods to your diet, like peanut butter, nuts, oils, mayo

More than likely you are eating less calories than you realise and that is why you have lost weight. Keep track of how much you are eating and determine how many calories you eat.
If you have determined your calorific consumption has not changed consult a doctor.

I’m going through the exact same thing! I’ve lost about 6 kg literally in about 3 weeks, all the best, it could easily be stress or sleep, look after yourself and I’m sure you’ll look lovely regardless of your weight, your health should be your main focus and I’m sure you’re just fluctuating x
