I'm trying to find a career that I would like and I'm looking back on things I enjoy and I mean I like analysing characters in tv shows and see how they react to certain situations and how they develop, I guess it's just analysing human behaviour. What types of careers sound like this, I've already researched counsellor, psychologist but I can't find any others.

There probably aren't many careers that will pay you to analyse characters. However, very many careers will find that skill a useful one. Basically, look at careers that work with people, interactions with people, making judgements, persuading, negotiating etc.
