    Hey, I am in full time education and currently in my last year of college. I was wondering if I'm still able to get braces for free, but for cosmetic reasons.

    No. Orthodontic treatment is available free on the NHS for under 18s and 19 years old in full time education who NEED it, not for cosmetic reasons.
