I used to suffer from neck pains, until I identified the cause; I sent my sister to Northern Ireland and it disappeared the very same day.

My mum is a massage therapist ,she told be a good tip .Heat a small bean bag that you used to play rounders with when you were younger in primary school.Heat them up in the microwave so they get really hot .When your in your bed put that bean bag on the side of your neck that hurts.It relaxes the muscle during when you sleep.This helps people who often have to crack their neck or have slight shoulder blade pain.Only if you have one.Or you can freeze one

Yeah I kinda fell of my pillow. And it's been two days now and it's still painful. Iv tried putting vix on and having paracetamols but it's still painful. I'll try the bean bag thing. Any more ideas I can use
