When can I apply for 2015/16?

Afternoon,

I had replies to a post months ago advising me to apply for student finance as soon as possible for 2015/16. But I can't remember when it opens?

I need to get my application in early as I am sole earner for my household. Unfortunately my husband is unable to earn due to incapacity but also unable to claim anything due to me receiving working tax credits, and I have three children in school. So understandably giving up work is daunting.

These applications are normally available end of January/start of February. There is no set date yet.
