Puppy fat?

Hi everyone,

Recently i weighed myself and discoverd that i had lost 2 stone. Obviously i was happy but i dont know how i lost the weight. I dont exercise so i dont know how i lost the weight. My mum says that since i've turned 18 i've lost puppy fat that i used to have. but i dont believe that. what do u guys think? Is there such a thing as puppy fat and can you just loose weight for no reason?

Thanks

from about 15-17 i was told that i had that i had lost my 'puppy fat' - by members of family i didn't see regularly...

but i never really lost any weight, just toned up.

This only happened because i started to do more regular exercise and stopped eating unnessesary foods as i became more aware of money and saving it...

But there is definetly a development time where i think teens easily loose weight and start tonig up - a couple of people in my year were introduced to the weights room at my school and within a year they were HUGE - this being because their bodies were developing at a quicker rate than normal...

But as long as ur happy with ur weight then thats all that counts :yy:

In other words, you reduced bodyfat percentage.

This thread reminds me of this kid I knew like 2 years ago, (Dropped out of school at the end of year 11) and he convinced himself, from mummys words, that he would lose all his weight as it was just 'puppy fat'.
