Going out with my best friends from school who I don't get to see for huge chunks of the year due to us now being scattered all over the UK for uni! Very excited.

Was going to go out but friends were being miserable about it, so BF and I shall spend our 6th New Year together eating Domino's and watching movies. Being honest, I prefer to do that anyway. Can go out another night when it's not stupidly busy and needlessly expensive!

I want to stay in and watch the fireworks on BBC but my friends are trying to convince me to go out. I might succumb to their demands because I always stay in or go out with the family, so it would be nice to experience a night out with friends on New Year's Eve.

At home with hubby, having a drink and a takeaway, watching the TV, whilst the children sleep upstairs.

same way we've done every year since NYE 2005, because that's parenthood for you.

Dinner party with my closest friends. Can't be bothered to queue for a nightclub or be somewhere cold tbh.

I am watching "Richard Wolff on the mondragon cooperatives." I am thinking about starting a democratic worker cooperative.

I am throwing a house party for my street (14 houses) with my housemates. Buffet dinner and then endless booze and hired soundsystem.
So much ****ing preparation.
It's gonna be good though!
