Am I crazy?

When I was asleep last night I had a nightmare. I was in my house and my mum was trying to kill me. I fought back and tried to run, though I don't really remember much of it. Just as she was killing me I woke up, I guess you can't die in dreams.

I woke up not in my bed but on the floor in the bathroom with the door locked. My mum says I attacked her, told her I would kill her, and that I ran into the bathroom to not be near her.

I don't know what to think. I KNOW it was a dream because my house was a bit different, her voice wasn't the same as usual, and I woke up from it. I don't know why or how it was different, but it was.

What have I done? Have I gone crazy?

So maybe you did that, locked yourself in the bathroom and then had that dream about your mum killing you (cuz that's where you woke up)?

Crazy or not, you should seek help immediately (if what your mum is saying is true about you attacking her).
