Advice on Classics and/or AMES at Cambridge?

Hi guys,

I'm in year 12 and it's coming up to the time where I need to start looking at universities. I currently study Greek, Latin, Biology and Chemistry and am looking to perhaps study either Classics or AMES at Cambridge.
Can anyone give me an idea of the UMS, GCSEs and other things needed to make a really strong application?

You might like to check out the course specific threads in the Cambridge Courses forum.

The individual college websites are the best places to find out about their preferred subjects (if any) and expected UMS.

In terms of GCSEs, check out the thread in this forum where this is extensively discussed :smile:
