Hi
Looking for a new housemate for a house share in marmion road, Southsea. Close to all local shops, trains and bus stop is 2mins walk away. Close to the beach which is a 5 min walk.


The house is a 4 bedroom house, the room on offer is a large double room, house has a downstairs toilet, a large bathroom, a roof top/yard, all white goods.
Also is furnished and room has large windows.


Rent is £368
Deposit is 1 months rent
Bills are £20 a month
Wifi internet is free.


House mates are international, and range from the ages of 26-29.
