Leicester Entry 2015 and the 75 word count

Okay, this 75 word cap is so stressful. First of all, does it include the headings, or not? Secondly, if I put an image on it with the name of my school on, do those words count?

Speculation is okay but if you *KNOW* then please say. i.e. you've rang up and they told you. (I rang but no answer)
