A diet high in protein and carbs, and work out with weights. Hit each body part 3 times a week with compound lifts, 4-6 sets per body part, and you'll be gold.

I too have the same problem.. im 6'1" with a 29inch waist and just under 10 stone. Ive always been really skinny and i eat A LOT lol.. any tips on how to put on some extra weight and buff up a bit more.
I hate being so skinny, makes me really self conscious. I just dont know what else i can do since i really do eat so much. Perhaps a bowl of pasta a night would help?

A bowl of pasta a night isn't going to cut it. Eat several bowls of pasta during the day.
