i have my mock exams towards the end of the month and haven't really done that much work for them. This worries me as 3/4 of my subjects require a lot of revision but I'm unsure how long in advance I should revise before my real exams to get the best possible grades. Also what are the best techniques of revision.

You don't really need to revise for mocks. Real revision for me for A2 starts around March, but it depends on what best works for you.
Techniques depend on the subject.
