£81/week

Single room available for student at Warwick University.

Part of house in Leamington Spa sharing with 3 male finalists. Housemates are friendly and considerate. House is sitiated 10 minutes walk from the centre of town and a supermarket. There are bus-stops within 2 minutes walk for the Unibus. Neighbours are very friendly.

The room is a large room on the ground floor, it is extremely well-furnished, as is the rest of the house.
The kitchen is very well-equipped and has plenty of cupboard and cooking space. There is a large bathroom on the ground floor with bath and shower, also a smaller toilet upstairs.

There is a patio garden to the rear of the house, inclusing a shed (requiring padlock) if bringing a bike, although other housemates already keep their bike in the house as there is room. If bringing a car there is plentiful off road parking that does not require a permit.

Bills are not included and have come to about £70 each for the first quarter.
The lease runs out at the end of June, with the academic year, thus is most suitable for undergraduate students.

The room is available immediately and is advertised elsewhere. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions.

Hey, sorry to see you haven't had any replies to your thread yet. Are you sure you’ve posted in the right place? Posting in the specific university or course forum should help get more responses.

If you haven’t already found it, then university connect is a really useful way for finding people at your course/university! You can also find a list of applicant threads and courses here. It's worth checking out if you have questions.

If you need advice on your academic work, then the Study Help section will be able to help you. Hope this helps!
