Anybody opting for The Arch Student accommodation in Liverpool 2015?

I find that The Arch Student accommodation has more value for money than the uni accommodation. Is anybody applying for accommodation here?

DAMN i walk passed that place a lot and had no idea that it was student accomm ahahaha, best value for money is just past all the unis up kensington. i'm living there next year, its actually quite nice tbh, a bit basic but whatevz. there's no way i can afford all this premium accomodation lol

To any students looking for accomadation in Liverpool city centre. I am unable to start my tenancy at Ablett house but however have signed for it. It is £118 pw and 43 week contract, all bills included in the rent. So I am looking for anyone else to take over my agreement, within the next 3 days I will include an extra £100 bonus to the person to take over my tenancy. If you are looking for student accomadation, please contact me first. The process is exactly the same but before you start to fill out the form, please contact me so I can tell Abblet house that you are taking over my agreement.Thanks.
