Nothing. There are no games coming out this year that I'm looking forward to particularly.

I loved Battlefront 2 when I was younger but honestly, looking at it critically, it's a pretty poor game with crappy simplistic combat and weird engine/graphics, and I doubt i'll buy the third.

I don't think Star Citizen is properly 'released' in a finished state until end of 2016.

Knowing EA's reputation for ruining most franchises they touch, I'm not keeping my hopes up. I'm not anticipating anything more than "Battlefield in space".

Witcher 3 so far looks amazing, and I am utterly hyped for The Phantom Pain. Really hope that KH3 and FFXV end up on PC (though not having high hopes for that one), otherwise It'll probably be the only reason for me to pick up a console in the future.

The Witcher 3!

:excited:

Pillars of Eternity.

That Numenera game. I forget its name.

I'm playing XCOM again at the moment. I hope to god a sequel gets announced for that. It's so good. I get super attached to my squaddies on ironman mode (perma death). Which reminds me, there is a stealth like version of XCOM in early access right now called Invisible Inc (best name ever). Watched a video of that couple fo day ago which is why I am playing XCOM again. I love system driven stealth games like Dues Ex and Dishonored (well you don't have to play them as stealth games but I do) and I love the whole series of interesting decisions and emergent stuff that comes out of games like XCOM. So Invisible Inc could be great for me. Oh and it's also got randomly generated levels I think.

It was this blog post that got me excited http://www.pentadact.com/2014-12-29-...invisible-inc/

Unless it's dumbed down on PC coz consoles, which CDPR claim it isn't, I'm inclined to say al with that if you also want 60 fps

Since Witcher 3 is one of the bigger releases, especially as far as specs go, here's what you're going to need:
http://www.pcgamer.com/the-witcher-3...ents-announced
I assume that "recommended" will still be for 1080p and as one of the commenters says, they really should release a recommendation for 1440p and/or 4k since they're beginning to become more common.
