I would think so. Include your UCAS ref id - or whatever the college uses to track your application.

I thought the whole point of the new system was that those pooled got offers at the same time as everyone else. That Emma letter (several posts back) didn't even make clear that a pool offer was definitely forthcoming.

Those told they are in the pool are in no different position than last year.

EDIT: Unless it's because they'd already have heard if they were going to be reinterviewed?
