i have been at uni for 3 weeks now... but every time i wake up im sweating loads... theres even wet patches on my pillow and sheets. Its not coz im wearing thick PJ's etc, not having nightmares etc not stressed
It never happened at home.
Does any1 have any ideas why its happening ? or how to stop it?

have you been sick and as a result had a fever recently? Any chest pains :\?
Might also just be a different climate at uni and so you need to adjust to it? That or you have some really fat quilt?
Ive had a similar problem but im suffering from chest pains, the dr has no idea why they are there as she states im as healthy as an ox. No idea why im telling you that.
