How can i become more built,im 6 ft 2 and weigh approxiamately 69kg-70kg.What are some none gym exercises i can do to improve my physical conditioning? does my chest look healthy? ATM I really cant ask my parents to give me gym membership because my mum is offsick and my dad isnt really earning a whole lot to give me some money for gym memebership...

any advice?

I'm sure you can find £15 a month for a gym membership. Get a paper round or something.

Tricep dip, you can google it but basically you put your hands behind you on something like a chair and lower yourself down then back up.

Nah squats are for everyone they'll work your whole lower body

Guys don't really need them though, chest/shoulder/back work is far more important

Wow at the squat comment, just wow.

Eat above maintance. Compound lifts.

100-130g protein. Couple days of cardio in there too.

If you really can't afford even something like Pure google some Frank Medrano bodyweight workouts.

Yes I do squats, 3 times a week.

Maintenance is the amount of calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight

Compound lifts are the big lifts like squats, deadlift and bench.

Google them if you don't know what I'm talking about.

Squats give you more of a six pack than sit ups do. They're damn good. Try some.
