AS Biology Coursework Conclusion

What type of things do I need to include in a conclusion for my biology coursework?

My chosen biological topic is HIV/AIDS. The question I am basing my work on is "How close are we to finding an effective vaccination for HIV/AIDS". I have included all my information on biological methods and processes, implications, benefits and risks and alternative solutions but I don't really know what I need to put in the conclusion.
