I have a friend you can ask : www.google.com
Universities don't greatly care for Psychology A level. Do you have any A levels as if you are going to take one I would suggest Maths. The best psychology courses are keener on Maths A level than on Psychology A level. To take a course find a college that offer Maths A level, 6th form colleges sometimes have evening maths classes for older students.

To start - why do you want to do Psychology and what is your academic background? Then this may help http://search.ucas.com/
