Please Help

Hi, for my gap year I'm going to do some volunteer work in Africa, at the moment I'm writing an application to some grant making charities to see if I can get any money from them. But what would I put in my contact details ( phone, name, email, address?). I'm asking as I'm not sure what they would need to know to pay me (sorry if that's stupid). Also how long does it normally take for them to get back to you, what exactly would you put in the application and what format would you do (eg; letter, pretty leaflet with pictures). I have no clue what I'm doing :colondollar:. Thanks for any help
